King Solomon spoke about the
vanity of vanities and the vagaries of the female. So, have you ever wondered
why King Solomon had so many wives? It is said that he had 700 wives and 300 concubines
to choose from. Now, I do not know about you, but, I have enough trouble
pleasing one, although three or four would be a welcome change, only joking? Clearly,
he was confused and tempted fate at some point. God gave wisdom to King Solomon,
but also much temptation. Therefore, the reason why charities exist today is because
of the vanity of wanting more that is the guilt of materialism the circle is
never complete.
King Solomon spoke about the vanity of existence. You see our logic
(if you can call it logic) is out of balance with the natural order of life. We
class ourselves as above the animal because that is the way we think, but we
forget we are an animal. Therefore, our existence is terminal, the Mephistopheles of raising sea levels, climate
change, and the vanity of wanting more hasten our demise.
